1. A 3-8% prepayment courtesy is allowed when fees in excess of $400 are paid in full by cash or check on the day that treatment is presented or in advance of scheduled appointment.
2. Major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, Discover, PulseCard, American Express, Care Credit, and American General Financing are all accepted in our office.
3. Interest-free and extended payment plans for as little as $50 a month for up to two years are available based on applicant's credit approval.
